To Sit or Stand

While it has been widely reported, that prolonged sitting is having a negative impact on our lives leading to obesity and reduced life expectancy. Just switching to a standing desk may not be the answer as prolonged standing carries with it another set of risk factors including varicose veins, muscle fatigue and back pain.
